AFFILIATE EVENTS 2014
 
 Pride Toronto Affiliate Events are organized and produced by community groups and external organizations. These events may be community-based or commercial events, but they must support the diversity initiatives of Pride Toronto. The events can range from cultural, artistic, family, youth, all-ages and/or adult only.  Over the last 5 years, the affiliate events program has grown successfully to promote help bring a wide range of events to the LGBTTIQQ2SA community in Toronto during the month of June.
 
EVENT DATES
All Pride Toronto Affiliate Events must be held between the dates June 1st – 30th, 2014.

A radio-broadcast event announcement during our “60 days of WorldPride” on 103.9 ProudFM and Banner ad on Pride Toronto website (ad must be to specifications provided)

 

 

 


ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
 
An organization seeking to participate in the Affiliate Events Program must complete and submit an Affiliate Events application form.
  • Payment of Application Fee (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)
  • Two (2) letters of support demonstrating that you event does meet with mission, vision, and values of Pride Toronto and WorldPride
  • Signed agreement letter between event organizers and Pride Toronto / WorldPride to abide by all by-laws and codes of conduct set out by Pride Toronto /WorldPride (Appendix A)
  • General Liability Certificate of Insurance naming Pride Toronto / WorldPride as an additional insured in the amount of $2,000,000.
  • Please note: Pride Toronto / WorldPride reserves the right to accept or decline any application without liability.  If your application is not accepted, your application fee will be refunded.

* All prices exclude HST and are expressed in Canadian funds.
** All events must be at the same venue during June 20-29, 2014.

Appendix A
